Comments: I first came to HSS because of problems with my hip. After getting that replaced, I discovered that my ankle was bothering me. My hip surgeon sent me to Dr Ellis. I had my ankle replaced in August of 2023. It has been eight months, and I already feel much better than I did before the replacement. Dr Ellis is an excellent surgeon, and he and his staff have been supportive. They explain everything to me and answer all my questions. This was my fifth orthopedic surgery, and it was definitely worth it.
